My name is Dallas Olsen and I am happy to be able to bring you DDT Inserts. I have worked on fall and winter on this project, had it tested before I patented it to make sure it would do what I intended it to do, and boy does it!
DDT Insert makes fine-tuning a new broadhead a more precise and efficient process. This two-piece insert would be utilized by archery hunters who are applying a new broadhead and need to rotate and properly torque the new piece. In fact, DDT Insert will make aligning the blade in rotation, the need to torque down and locking into position an easier and more effective process, eliminating the risk of the carbon arrow from becoming brittle, due to excessive heating.
Normally, when a person is applying a new broadhead to an arrow, they reheat the arrow to properly adjust for the new point. Unfortunately, this method weakens the carbon arrows, making them brittle. Other difficulties that arise when applying a new broadhead, include the fact that different broadheads feature different threads and even some of the same brands never properly line up in the same place.
